A friend's husband passed away and I live several states away and would not be able to attend.  I ordered the Devine Peace Bouquet for delivery on the day of the visitation/service.  Rec'd an email that stated that it had been delivered on the date I requested, it actually went the evening before.  I was concerned it would not look nice for the service.  I stated so in a reply email.  I rec'd a phone call almost immediately.  Letting me know why and how it was taken care of.  Nice and I felt better.  Great way to take care of my concerns.

The arrangement was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.  The cross really stood out and was not at all cheap-looking.  My only negative comment is that I requested someone call me because I had a specific request and no one reached out to me.  I wanted to make a slight modification but the arrangement was delivered exactly as pictured.  I wish there was the option of contacting the florist directly when the order is placed. Besides that, I highly recommend the Sympathy Store and this specific arrangement.

I am rather disappointed.
I have chosen the white arrangement for it pure beauty, complementing included crystal cross.
Although it was stated, that the florist has a right to replace the flowers for the one available to him, I have not expected that my white, angelic, beautiful arrangement will be transformed into rainbow of colors, making the cross looking odd, and out of place.


It look tacky and tasteless, not appropriate for the occasion.
Maybe the necessary changes should have been communicated to me for approval.

Very unhappy that the "plant a tree" option for $9.95 is automatically checked and you have to uncheck it prior to placing your order. It's like you sneak this in by doing it that way. People should have to check the box if they want to add it. When I had seen it was with my purchase, I thought that was nice, they added it for free. Then I checked my receipt and found out otherwise. Talking to a few people that used your convenient service, it happened to them too. Poor business!! I did hear the arrangement was nicely done.

Some of the flowers were already starting to brown. The display was a lot smaller than expected. My husbands name was not included on my father's memorial card even though I called to correct and make sure that his name would be included. The only thing I can write a review about is the fact that they posted on my friends page that I made purchases.  I called because I did not want this publicized. The only thing I allowed for, was to allow the family to know who sent it. That sounds very different to me, then posting  my specific “purchase” and my name,  and adding the signing  “love” so it looked odd and embarrassing.  I called to have it removed and they told me they had no control over it but would try I called twice it did not work. The only other thing I can comment on is that I received an email at 1:45 saying the flowers had been delivered. The service began at 9 AM. The burial was at 2 PM.  I ordered two separate flowers, so I’m sure, hoping at least one made it to the visitation and/or service that began at nine and 10.

What a seamless experience!
We did not become aware of the services until the day before.
As we were reviewing the obituary, there was a link to order flower.
The selections were many and the prices were very competitive.
The online ordering process was very simple and we were assured that the arrangement would be delivered prior to the start of the visitation hours.
We received confirmation that the order was place and then that it was delivered an hour before the visitation began.
The flowers were fresh and looked as they did in the on line picture.

Living out of state it is difficult to locate a florist. I always do research on online comments . I researched.  The interactions of The Sympathy Store is top notch. I was unable to attend the services for a very close family member, the only thing I could do was send flowers so that my presence was somewhat there. I had another family member take and send me photos of the arrangements and I was pleased with the floral arrangement. The flowers were full and fresh, which was a big relief. I like the convenience of sending flowers for a funeral online. I was satisfied with how fast everything was taken care of. I live too far away to attend the funeral so I didn't get to see the actual arrangement. It would have been nice to have a picture of the flowers I sent. All I saw was the online picture. I ordered the deluxe upgrade.

The good news is the flowers were lovely and fresh the arrangement was just as the picture showed it would be. Delivery was right on time.
The bad news is it was very small…it was the standard size however for $80 for the flowers alone, it was not as we expected.  In addition, the total for the flowers came to almost $115 due to a service fee of $24.95.  There was no breakdown of what the service fee was for but it certainly affected our opinion of this store.  
We don’t sweat the small stuff but watch on the next order and don’t make the same mistake twice.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement sent to Mr. Kahriger's service at Our Lady of Hope Parish. I have sent this arrangement before and loved it. I ordered the deluxe arrangement but one received did not look like it. There was only one white rose and was not as good as the picture presents. The quality of the arrangement was disappointing. In the future I will go through a private florist.

This bouquet is simple, yet stunning., My sister could not quit talking about it. She sent me a picture, and I have to agree. The crystal cross is a perfect keepsake that will bring her peace after losing her husband. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Due to the very long distances and flight issues last week I was unable to attend the memorial service for my longest and dearest friend and I chose this bouquet and the very personal note I had enclosed.to be my substituted representation.  I just received a note from the daughter of  that friend telling me that the bouquet was beautiful and the note much loved and appreciated.  Thank you for making it possible to make my presence known despite my inability to physically attend.  Your service is important, easy to navigate, efficient and professional.

The devine Peace Bouquet was different from 4 other red arrangement and it stood out because the ceiling spotlight shown through the cross.
The cross was given to the spouse as a remembrance and celebration of Easter. Deceased passed Easter night.
The flowers were as seen and as promised placed before the visitation and memoial service at 9:00a

The first words from the family who received the flowers that you prepared for their deceased mother was “We want to thank you for the absolutely beautiful flowers. The cross was a special thought!” This was from friends who, while generally very appreciative, do not make a particularly big deal of traditional gestures. I was rather blown away, to be honest. Living out of state, I have no control of what is sent on my behalf. Consequently, I am generally suspicious of inherent disappointment. Thank you SO much for going above and beyond to make this gesture of sympathy a lasting memory!

Not only did they allow me to add a message to the arrangement, I was able to reply to the email with my edit. In this delicate time, the flower arrangement was better than expected. A beautiful silver angel decorated that arrangement. The note was prominently displayed. It made a statement and the family thanked me personally for the arrangement. It conveyed the peace and beauty of the deceased, as well as my wish for hope and faith for the family.

Florist was kind enough to call me and say 2 others like mine were purchased if I would like something different they did a wonderful job with a new statue for prayer and with the time of need they came through.
