I recently ordered the "Fairest of All" premium flower basket from The Sympathy Store in honour of my beloved cousin, Dr. Victor Bondar. From the moment I placed the order, I felt a sense of care and professionalism that matched the gravity of the occasion.
The arrangement itself was exquisiteāelegant, vibrant, and deeply moving. Each bloom seemed chosen with intention, and together they created a tribute that felt both personal and dignified.
Iām grateful to The Sympathy Store for helping me express something words couldnāt quite capture. This basket wasnāt just a floral arrangementāit was a gesture of love, remembrance, and respect for a man whose life touched so many.

I was overwhelmed by the beauty of not only my own basket, but of all the other arrangements at Mike's service. Each basket was an exact replica of every arrangement pictured on the order form. The care and the placement of each basket and arrangement around the casket. It was kind of like Mike himself came back and staged the whole room, as he had often done throughout his theatrical career. That, to me, speaks a lot about not only the talent of the florist(s) who put every blossom together, but the empathy behind their work at Mike's wake. I mentioned to the Funeral Director at the end of the service that I thought Mike would have been overwhelmed by the beauty of their work. In fact, I think I might go back and order a basket for myself, just to celebrate the joy of life. :)

A bit smaller than I expected, but absolutely gorgeous. Loved the combination of flowers and the colors. This was for a father in our family but it wasn't too "feminine" and the ivy adds a fairy tale feel with the basket. Everyone loved it.
I prefer to communicate briefly in the order form about possible substitutions and the like, so that's why I rated 4 stars. I really do not appreciate that you automatically check the tree donation box. I caught it the 1st time, but not after editing the order.

I ordered this basket for the passing of the mother of a dear friend. They sent me a picture of it and it looked perfect. They were very grateful for the flowers and it made me feel good to let them know I was thinking of them.

I ordered flowers too early before funeral arrangements had been made, but Radney took care of adjusting the arrival date to be as fresh as possible. Service response and delivery were great. I received a lot of emails with receipts with good communication. Flower selection was smaller than expected and unknown what 3 size choices entail due to picture of only one option for a particular pick. Sympathy Store said they will take care of adding a name to the card and never did causing stress in the family. So they followed the over promise under deliver rule.

I did not see these flowers myself as I sent them for a relative's visitation and funeral in another state, but I was told by relatives in attendance how beautiful and colorful the flowers were. I ordered the premium level which is two upgrades from the deluxe and there was not a single rose of any kind in the arrangement nor any ivy across the handle of the basket. Carnations make a poor substitute for sentiment and price. Total price I paid was over 100. I took photo of arrangement at the service. This is the second time I used this service and the second time I was disappointed and embarrassed. Order somewhere else. RIP OFF!
