I did think it was beautiful, but all the flowers were the same color. The picture here makes it appear much larger than it really was. I also did not know there was a service fee for $25.

I chose the arrangement based on the photo and selected the premium option. I went to the funeral and couldn’t believe that was what I ordered but checked the card. The arrangement was pretty, and arrived on time with the note I wrote, but I really did not think the number of flowers versus the filler greenery reflected the premium version of this choice. I was very disappointed.

Fiery Lily and Rose was lovely and you did a great job with this arrangement. It was purchased for the funeral of my most cherished and beloved aunt. I believe she would have been pleased. Her family members told me how lovely it was and admired it. Those are the things that count to me. It's the last thing I will ever purchase for my favorite auntie. Thank you.

Size of arrangement was good but roses weren’t in great shape unfortunately…tips were brown and curled. Lilies weren’t open at all but appeared healthy and hopefully they’ll be ok when they bloom. A bit disappointing honestly and wouldn’t order again

The website was very easy to navigate. All options were very clear. The funeral home info was all pre-populated in the order form. The flower was exactly as pictured on the website. I loved the add-on option of planting a tree. I was updated via emails as to the status of the order. I wish all florists were as easy and efficient
to work with. Very good experience.

I received a photograph from the family of the recipient. It was lovely, though not quite as pictured. After I had placed the order, I was notified that the florist did not have the orange lilies and would use a substitute of yellow lilies. I asked for sunflowers, they came back and said yellow lilies. The arrangement arrived with yellow spider mums and not yellow lilies and there were some blue Larkspur and white stock along with orange roses. It did turn out very pretty, but not as shown.

I was skeptical prices would anvemotional ripoff as vs many B end of life products and services are. But the prices were reasonable and the selection read m plenty. We weren’t able to see the flowers in person but I’m sure they were as beautiful as the picture.
Customer service was needed to add additional names to the card, and it could not have been a better experience. We were concerned the addition could not be resolved but the gentleman who helped with this was beyond helpful. Thank you so much during this sad time. We’ve already recommended Hello Flowers to friends!

The arrangement I ordered to be delivered to the funeral was not delivered. I received a delivery confirmation as if it had been delivered but the following day I received an email saying it hadn't actually been delivered and my order was on hold. Instead of trying to make it right by suggesting a delivery that day, Saturday, they proposed a Monday delivery. I had to request it be delivered on Saturday.
