This basket was for a viewing and funeral for a dear friend. When we saw it at the funeral home, wow it was beautiful, I think even more amazing then in the picture. We would definitely recommend the Sympathy Store for anyone. As we looked around the room all of the baskets were beautiful and I'm guessing as they made this so incredible easy most of the flowers were from the Sympathy Store. Thank you!

I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my uncle's funeral. The day before the funeral, my aunt (his wife) passed away and they decided to have the funeral for both. I called customer service and they were able to make changes to the ribbon I had purchased as well as the card - the day before! I spent over 200.00 and got an arrangement that would normally cost 60 to 75 dollars. I expected to see a large arrangement. The ribbon was small as well. I had trouble finding my arrangement when I was at the wake. I am grateful that it did arrive on time. But I will go to an outside source for flowers. I will never use the convenience of the funeral home’s online service. I learned that with this experience. I was not originally going to leave a review but you sent a request for one.

Ordered flowers for a funeral, and was told by the family they were beautiful. I'm not really sure what I received for the $19.95 I paid as a service fee... Other than to have them delivered to the funeral home... Probably with many other arrangements at the same time, and taken to the visitation room. It was a very convenient process... But I'm not sure it was $19.95 worth of convenience

Very happy with this floral service provided on the funeral home website. It was easy to order online, I was able to see what others had ordered so as not to duplicate. Flowers "Gracious Lavender Basket" were delivered the day of the funeral and I received an email once delivered. I saw the arrangement in person and it was exactly as pictured on the website so I was quite pleased. I also liked the variety and price ranges of arrangements offered. I would absolutely use this service again - 5 stars!

Did not see a basket that resembled this picture in the floral pictures from my Aunt's viewing and service. So not sure how satisfied I am regarding the arrangement I ordered. I'm very disappointed that our arrangement was delivered shortly before the viewing and service. I specifically asked for the arrangement to be delivered the day before and ordered a basket so the flowers would be well watered and would have retained their beauty throughout the timeframe they would have been on display for the service.
