It was very easy to order the flowers and quick. The finished arrangement was lovely and as expected. However, the flowers were not delivered on the date requested which was a huge disappointment.

The picture of Memories to Treasure does not do it justice. Was surprised when I saw it at the funeral parlor. It was more than double the size pictured. It was a beautiful homage to our daughter-in-law. The Sympathy Store was very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend them. Thank you for such a beautiful arrangement.

I admit to being anxious when ordering flowers online for out of town delivery. Sometimes the results are less than stellar. However, the florist chosen to complete my order provided a premium, beautiful arrangement. This showed pride in their work, and respect for our family member at this sad time. Thank you.

All of our flowers are designed and delivered by hand from a local florist.

Delivery Policy:

Place your order before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone and we can have your flowers delivered the very same day! (Note that same-day delivery may not be available during peak holiday times or in adverse weather conditions).

Our florists use only the freshest flowers available, so colors and varieties may vary. In the event that there is a substitution, the florist will only use flowers of equal or greater value.
