    Dear Michele, I want to thank you for your concern and for my refund. I have to tell you that I am quite shocked and pleased with your actions. I figured that I would never hear from anyone ever again. This is one time that I can say I am very glad that I was wrong. I will inform everyone that was at the funeral and had also made comments about my small little flowers. I am a business women and own my own company and I know how important a happy customer is to my growth and it is really nice to know there are still companies out there, that feel as I do.     We recently placed an order and it was delivered on Wednesday to the family of our coworker who lost his brother.  In the past we have used one of the usual online 1800-flowers kinds of places, and we have been less than pleased.  Your site was listed on the funeral home's website, so we used you.  The family told us that your flowers were the most beautiful they had ever seen and the arrangement was HUGE.  I was so thrilled to hear this, because you never know what you are going to get when you order flowers online - you just cross your fingers and hope for the best!  Anyway, I just wanted to express my gratitude.  Good work!
