The “Arrive in Style” bouquet that I purchased for a funeral 1150 miles away was reported by the recipient to be be “absolutely beautiful” as the florist handed it directly to her at the visitation preceding the funeral. That’s all I needed to know about my purchase…it arrived on time and brought a smile to the recipient as a memorial to a life well lived.

Bouquet was very pretty and a nice choice for a funeral. It would be lovely as a wedding centerpiece, also. Beautiful roses and a very pale bouquet which was understated but still impactful. Fees were half the expense of this bouquet, however. But they make it simple to order so I guess we pay for convience.

I was sent a picture of the flowers after they arrived by one of my relatives. While they looked very fresh I did not think they looked the size of the premium price. I also was surprised by my memorial tree purchase as the box was AUTOMATICALLY checked for me when I placed my otder. It was up to ME to UNCHECK the box. Unfortunately that was not my focus or on my radar. When ordering I was more focused on the type of flowers and my messsge. BEWARE. You will be automatically sending a $10 Memorial Tree along with your order if you’re not careful which at a time of bereavement is difficult.

I do realize when you order online the arrangements are small but this was ridiculous for the price,. The flowers were fine but next time I’ll order on Amazon for 1/2 the price. The vase was the medium size and if I ordered the small I would have been embarrassed. Added to the price was a service fee of $25, so a total of over $150 for a small vase. Save your money and contribute to a charity that the deceased supports.

Although the flowers did not make to the location on time, the customer service rep was kind enough to give me a call the next day to inform me of the situation. It was a chance that I took when I placed the order kind of last minute. So it was a stretched. But they called me the next day and informed me about the situation and gave me the option to either get it refunded or delivered to the home address of the relative. I opted for the second one and they delivered it same day. Beautiful flower arrangement that they did.

Upon arrival to the Anderson Funeral Home in Ayer, I found the vase with the flowers and my name affixed to it. The bouquet looked different compared to the picture you provided for the Arrive in Style product. It has significantly less flowers in it. Namely, it has only one lily and two or three small roses. That's why I am not satisfied with the product delivered by the Sympathy Store team compared to the picture provided in your booklet.

I chose another color, and was concerned about what the arrangement would look like. The recipient, whose husband had died, was thrilled and sent me a pic. They were gorgeous, and the new color was her favorite color and flower. God knew that and used the color switch to bless my friend. I would definitely use them again.

Three sizes of this beautiful flower arrangement were being offered. My beautiful Mother-in-law was very classy, and deserved nothing but the very best, the PREMIUM size! The service was yesterday, and I saw the arrangement. It did not look exactly like the picture, but was very similar. It was very pretty...but looked like the SMALLEST size!! Definitely NOT worth the price that I paid!! That being said, the communication, via email, was excellent, along with the fact that it was delivered on time!

The flowers that arrived arent quiet as nice as those in the photo. 100% of the lilies were still closed, white carnation, pink alstroemeria and eucalyptus filler instead of baby breath or other nicer muted color filler flowers, bright pink roses instead of muted pink, big red bow on the vase did not suit the occasion of a funeral to my taste. It was an OK arrangement, like something I would get at the grocery store for $40. I was expecting a little nicer for over $80. The grieving family liked it, so I guess that is enough. Thank you.

I could not take part physically on the occasion in question and was dependent on something else to express my emotions, something that provided the support, sympathy and respect that I felt to the family during this difficult time that they were going through. Sympathy store was my choice and their services from the ordering process to the following up was so very professional. I felt safe in ordering from them the entire time especially since the order was placed from Sweden where I live and the bouquet was to be delivered at an address in New York. Not only did they gave me a confirmation on what I had ordered, but they also printed all the informatiom and personal message I had written in the confirmation. They also made sure when the delivery was done that I was informed about it in order to make me feel very secure and confident about my purchase. This service was so important to me and I am very thankful that they were able to help me out on this difficult occasion. Thank you!

The flowers were beautiful, but the order was delivered late and arrangements had to be made, as this was originally intended for a funeral home service. I placed an order on a Saturday evening to be delivered to a funeral home on Sunday. The website said weekend deliveries were guaranteed if placed before noon on the same day. I assumed my order was delivered as requested, but then on Monday morning I got a call to inform me it wasn't because they couldn't find any open florists in the area. The family wasn't at the funeral home anymore, so I had to make arrangements for it to be delivered elsewhere. I really wish I had know ahead of time.
Despite this, the customer service was good and the flowers were delivered (on Tuesday).

I ordered this arrangement through the funeral home’s website on behalf of family affected by Hurricane Ida who could not attend the funeral service in-person. At a time when florists were unable to be reached directly & flowers were difficult to come by, limitations to exactly what was shown on the website were all anyone could get. This arrangement met two requirements: it contained pink roses (the deceased’s favorite) & was within the budget the family gave me for the purchase. I was told by two different attendees at the funeral that the arrangement was beautiful. I sent a copy of the website photo to one of them & was told the arrangement looked like the photo. I was well-pleased that they got exactly what was paid for and expected. The ease of ordering, paying, delivery, & execution was first-rate. For me and on behalf of the family I made this purchase, thank you for making it a beautiful expression of care.

When the flowers we ordered did not arrived on the day they were to be delivered I contacted the telephone number on the order. As promised I was then contacted by customer service who offered to refund our money and deliver the flowers on the next business day. That is what they did. When folks purchase from a distance for a service.. we hope the arrangement is nice. It wouldnt take any extra money or effort to take a pic of the Arrangement upon Delivery and send it via email to the customer. So can I recommend it .. I dont know because I dont actually know what was delivered. I know when I ordered 2o minutes later I received an email saying your order was delivered which I know is physically impossible and then 3 minutes later I received another email saying my order wasnt going to be delivered on the day I asked. It was going to be delivered the next day so it could be "fresher". When I called to double check this I was told OH your order was delivered.. and I said what about the email that said it wasnt. When she double checked, It wasnt delivered and the florist was closed so she couldnt call until the next day. The girl I spoke to was sweet and polite and professional so Points for that!

We paid $79.90 and there were only 4 stems in that vase!!! Evans Funeral Home needs to change the flower service they are promoting. I got the smallest size due to money constraints so didn't expect a big glorious arraignment. What I saw at the funeral home was nice but rather anemic looking. I was underwhelmed. I would still use your service again it is quite convenient.

I wrote the initial card message wrong and I emailed the store's team in order to get the message right, they told me that the message was later updated by them but It was delivered wrong anyways.
I'm not pleased at all by your customer service and definitely I won't be buying again neither making any suggestions about the store to my closed ones.

I anticipated the premium sympathy bouquet I ordered to be full and similar to the one in the photo; it was not and I was rather disappointed. The bouquet itself was very pretty, but I did not feel that is was a premium size and quantity.

I ordered “Arrive In Style” FLOWERS for my deceased friend, on the picture it was beautiful pale pink roses with white lilies and couple of white mums. And the arrangement was in a glass vase.
What I got was 3 bright pink roses and a bunch of pink mums with some kind of long flower sticking up in the back. (Just awful)
AND TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE, IT CAME IN A CHEAP BASKET!!!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. TOOK $70 AND PUT IN UGLY FLOWERS. I GUESS THEY ARE LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE. WHAT A RIP-OFF OF THE CONSUMERS MONEY.

I was not able to see the actual flowers delivered and have not yet been able to speak with the people who attended. However, I appreciated the company contacted me to let me know that, because of volume of deliveries on Valentine's day, they would be delivering the flowers the morning of the service. And they let me know as soon as the flowers arrived which was before the visitation. I much appreciated their keeping me informed. Thank you.

I ordered the premium flowers, when I saw my flowers at the viewing of my friend I was so embarrassed!! They looked thrown together and sparse! I wanted to take a picture to show but I just couldn't be that disrespectful.
I think I will call a florist directly so that they are accountable for their product.

The beautiful flower arrangement arrived the next day to the house which was what I wanted and needed done, because the day before was a holiday and the next day was the funeral. This was not what I ordered,,,,I felt ripped off,,,,these flowers cost me over 90.00 and I was embarrassed to say they were from me and my family. I apologized to the family that I sent them to,,all that arrived at the wake was a small glass with around 7 stems of flowers......I do not recommend using this company too anyone,,,WHAT A RIP OFF,,,THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELF,,,,,ALL I WILL SAY IS BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!

I had received reports that this was a tasteful and elegant presentation. The flowers were of quality and the custom ribbon and card very professional. The only draw back I experienced with this purchase was the cost of service and delivery were a bit extreme. The product though does state the idea you cared to send.
