I chose this bouquet because I wanted more colors than the other choices pictured. My daughter sent me a picture and it did not disappoint. The colors and variety were beautiful. Also, I had ordered the flowers on a Friday with same day delivery. But the funeral was on Monday. They automatically changed the delivery day to Monday to make sure it was fresh. One note..delivery charge was $25. That was not told upfront.

The bouquet was ordered for a memorial service that was scheduled on a Sunday. The flowers were delivered on Saturday and were beautiful and fresh for the ceremony. At the Standard level, the arrangement was still nice and full and even contained at least a dozen roses. This was from a florist in Terrell, TX and I would definitely recommend them and use them myself .

I originally balked at the $30 fee, and tried to order on my own, but couldn’t find anyone that could guarantee delivery so quickly. When I placed my order, I made a mistake and placed two duplicate orders. Customer Service immediately reached out to me via phone and made everything right. They were super helpful in catching an error I wasn’t even aware of. Our stepmom loved the beautiful arrangement at her mother’s viewing.

I received prompt notifications on order status and delivery. I did have a family member confirm that it was received. I gave 3 stars on product because I have no idea what the item I sent looked like or the size for the price I paid. I would suggest a picture to be included with delivery confirmation so customers can actually see what they paid for. I could not attend the funeral that I ordered these flowers for as I was out of state. I have no idea what the arrangement looked like. In the future, may I suggest that you take a photo of the bouquet and send it to the customer. I have had other florists do this in the past. I am a retired florist, and I do not hesitate to order flowers from all over the country for various occasions. Some might think it a waste, I believe it is a perfect way to honor loved ones.

The arrangement that was sent for the funeral was beautiful. It was convenient and easy to order, even from out-of-state. The online order form spaces weren't large enough for listing our whole family, but we made it work. We listed some with the "message" part, and the rest on the "signature" line, but had to omit last names, as well as "and" between the husbands' and wives' names. It looked okay on the actual card.

Ordered a bouquet in am and was promised same-day delivery. Later in the day received an e-mail they did not have the bouquet I ordered so substituted it. I never have seen or was asked for another choice. The flowers were never delivered that day and I had to e-mail several times the next day to find out if they were delivered. I have never ordered flowers for a death and was upset that this went this way.
ONE MORE KICK IN THE BEHIND, THEY FELT BAD AND BETWEEN THE AMOUNT OF THE FLOWERS AND ALL THE SERVICES CHARGES THE BILL WAS $95 THEY THOUGHT THEY DID ME A FAVOR AND CREDITED ME $5 THEY COULD HAVE SHOVED IT UP THEIR ASS!

Since I picked Florist Choice, I wasn't sure what it would look like at all. But it was very tasteful, the vase was beautiful and the family even mentioned how lovely it was! I will definitely always let the florist pick from now on! One suggestion: since I wasn't able to attend the service, only send flowers, I never knew what it looked like. Luckily, the family took a photo for me. It would be nice to see what the finished product looks like. :)

As a former floral arranger I know some of the best designs are made from the imagination and expertise of the florist themselves. Although we were not able to attend the funeral service we depended on family and friends to tell us about what was sent. They indicated it was a very nice arrangement. It would be nice, if in the future, you could take an iphone photo of the arrangement and include the photo with the bill.

The Florist Choice Bouquet was an excellent choice. The arrangement was made up of large, beautiful fresh flowers done in an artistic manner. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to do this again.

The premium florist choice flowers were beautiful, and there were many nice compliments on the arrangement. Unfortunately, the flowers were starting to wilt by the second day which was a little disappointing. The bouquet was stunning when delivered, though.

I was unable to get out to my local florist. After reviewing the online obituary for my friend's grandmother's funeral, there was a link for your service. I went to it, decided it was what I could use and before I knew it, I had placed the order and was done. Very, very user friendly! It took a few minutes to place the order.
