The entire arrangement from the flowers to the vase were gorgeous. I ordered the smaller size and price wasn't outrageous. I also enjoy the option to get some regarding the message on the card. At the viewing, I was delighted to see that this arrangement looked exactly like the one pictured. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. So often, you do not receive what is pictured but this was definitely not the case with this arrangement. Thank you.

I was unable to see the product in person as I live on the west coast and couldn't attend the funeral. However, I saw a picture of the casket and flowers. My order was at the bottom of the casket. Flowers looked fresh and the bouquet was full, not sparse like some flower deliveries. Thank you so much for sending a beautiful arrangement.

We could not travel to be at the funeral so this was our way of being there with our cousins during this difficult time -- and the comment to us was that the flowers are beautiful -- and the florist service was on time. Very pleased with our purchase and what it meant to our family. The symbolism of the white lily and roses was the message we wanted our cousins to feel from us. Thank you .

The arrangement ordered came just as pictured, beautiful! Roses were very fragrant. I ended up calling customer service to order since we were sending flowers from a group of us and I could not get all the names in the space provided. They were able to figure out how to do that with names spelled correctly, and all names on the card. Flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time which was a relief, as in the past have had the experience of ordering sympathy flowers delivered to a funeral home which were delivered to the wrong place! Customer service very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience and the recipients also thanked us for the beautiful flowers.

This arrangement was for my best friend whose father had passed away. I wasn't able to attend the funeral. She sent me a photo of the flowers and said she loved them. The colors weren't the same as in the picture shown, but they were still very beautiful, probably more so than expected.

I wasn't able to attend my grandfather's funeral, but was able to send flowers. They arrived at the venue in advance of the service as promised.
